Return Policy
We always recommend to ask for samples before to place final orders. Returns must be made within 7 business days after delivery. We do not accept returns if the material is Damaged. They need to be in their original package. The Return credit will be made after we receive the product and quality assurance department has review the material returned.
RESTOCKING FEE: There is a %20 Restocking fee for returns. and not all collections are subject to returns.
Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for return the material to the return department, and shipping cost may not be refunded.

Package your return include original packaging
- Insure Your Package. Please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
- Please make sure the item is insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached TILES AND DECO. This will protect you in case your package is lost in transit.
